ACE does not direct Talent Co’s efforts or financial performance. ACE does not mediate disputes between Investors and a Talent Co, or between Investors.

The ACE platform is a direct purchase and sale platform, meaning in order to sell a Token, there must be a buyer to buy, and the buyer's offer ('bid') must be greater than the seller's ask. There is no intermediary 'market' to sell the Token to.

ACE isn’t liable for any damages or losses related to Talent or Investor use of the Services.

We don’t become involved in disputes between Talent and Investors, or between Talent or Investors, or between Investors, and any third party relating to the use of the Services. ACE does not oversee the performance or punctuality of Talent, and we does not endorse any content Talent or Investors submit to the Site.

When you use the Services, you release ACE from claims, damages, and demands of every kind — known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed — arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and the Services. All content Users access through the Services is at your own risk.

Users are solely responsible for any resulting damage or loss to any party.

If Users follow a link to another website, what happens there is between Users and them — not us.

ACE may contain links to other websites. (For instance, project pages, user profiles, and comments may link to other sites.) When Users access third-party websites, you do so at your own risk. We don’t control or endorse those sites.

ACE partners with other companies (such as payment gateways) for payment processing. When Users use ACE they are also agreeing to the payment processor’s terms of service.
