To sign up for a ACE account, you need to be 18 or over. Users are responsible for your account and all the activity on it.
Users can browse ACE without registering for an account. But to use some of ACE’s functions, Users need to register, choose a username, and set a password. When Users do that, the information Users give us has to be accurate and complete. Don’t impersonate anyone else or choose names that are offensive or that violate anyone’s rights. If Users don’t follow these rules, we may cancel your account.
In order to invest in ACE Talent Listings, and purchase, trade, or divest securities, you will need to upgrade from the basic ‘Fan’ status to ‘Fanvestor’ (“Investor”). This upgrade requires a thorough Know Your Customer / Anti Money Laundering (KYC/AML) check and verification process, re-verifying you understand relevant regulatory and risk-related topics, and other requirements if necessary.
Users are responsible for all the activity on their account, and for keeping the passwords confidential. If you find out that someone’s used an account without permission, Users should report it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To sign up for an account, Users need to be at least 18 years old, or old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
If necessary, we may ask Users for proof of age.
